Complete tenant buildout of 39 floors totaling 855,457 sq ft. Included construction of multiple IDF rooms, auditorium/event spaces, and installation of lighting and controls, switchgear, and life safety systems.  The two top floors of the tower consisted of a complete theatrical lighting system and an industrial kitchen.
